Mrs. Devrani Nadia Barrios, Principal of Focused Learning Institute, has dedicated her career to transforming education in Trinidad and Tobago. As both an educator and the mother of two autistic boys, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to her leadership. Driven by her passion for literacy and inclusive education, she authored Foundation Readers—a groundbreaking series designed to support children with reading difficulties, autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Her mission is clear: to empower every child to reach their fullest potential by creating innovative tools, nurturing environments, and equitable learning opportunities for all.

A hardworking dyslexic student who has found his confidence and ability. He is reading Foundation Readers Level 3, a full-time student at Focused Learning Institute.
